📏 Multiple Size Charts Per Vendor

Managing diverse product lines from the same vendor just got easier. You can now create and maintain multiple size charts for each vendor, giving you the flexibility to handle different product categories with precision.

How It Works:

  • Create unlimited size charts when editing a vendor in your Vendors list
  • Assign individual inventory items to their specific size chart
  • The correct size chart automatically appears when creating a sale for that item
  • Perfect for vendors who carry multiple product lines with different sizing (e.g., bridal gowns vs. bridesmaid dresses)

This feature eliminates confusion during the sales process.

💳 Client-Initiated Payments

Give your clients the convenience of making payments on their own schedule with our new client-initiated payment feature, available in the Client Portal for Ultimate plan subscribers.

Key Features:

  • Clients can create payments toward their outstanding balance anytime
  • No staff intervention required - completely self-service
  • Requires Stripe Integration (Payment Processing) to be connected
  • Enable/disable the feature in Client Portal Settings
  • Secure payment processing through your existing Stripe account

This feature reduces the back-and-forth of scheduling payment calls and gives your clients the flexibility to pay when it's convenient for them, improving cash flow and customer satisfaction.

📎 File Sharing via Client Portal

Sharing documents and images with your clients is now seamless with our enhanced file sharing capabilities in the Client Portal.

Two Ways to Share:

  1. Individual Client Files: Upload and share files directly on a client's profile - perfect for personalized documents, contracts, or inspiration photos
  2. Global Shared Files: Upload files once in Client Portal Settings to share with all clients - ideal for care instructions, sizing guides, or general information documents

Benefits:

  • Clients can access their files 24/7 through the Client Portal
  • Reduce email clutter and lost attachments
  • Keep all client communications organized in one place

🔔 Enhanced Task Notifications

Stay on top of your team's tasks with three new notification types that keep everyone informed and accountable:

New Notifications:

  • Task Assigned: Get notified when a task is assigned to you
  • Task Comment: Stay in the loop when team members comment on your tasks
  • Task Upcoming Due Date: Receive reminders 2 days before tasks are due

All three notifications are enabled by default but can be customized in your profile's notification preferences, giving you complete control over your notification experience.

📦 Enhanced Barcode Scanning

We've expanded the capabilities of barcode scanning to give you more flexibility in your sales workflow.

What's New:

When scanning a barcode in a customer's profile, you can now create any type of order - not just "From Inventory" orders. This enhancement streamlines the process of creating special orders, rentals, or any other order type directly from a scanned barcode.
