The free trial allows you to use CloudBridal without any restrictions for 30 days. You will automatically be registered for the trial the moment that you create an account, and the trial does not require any payment method.

The free plan allows you to take full advantage of the appointment scheduler feature. This is great for new bridal shops that need an easy way to take appointments. The free plan is currently limited to 50 appointments created per month.

No, any data that you enter during the free trial will remain, meaning you can use your free trial to configure CloudBridal just as you would for your real store.

Simply sign into your CloudBridal account, then navigate to Settings > Subscription. This page gives you a summary of your subscription, and allows you to choose your plan and change your payment method.

You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason directly in the system. You will not be charged for the next billing period unless you choose to reactivate your subscription. You will also be allowed to continue using CloudBridal until the end of your current billing period.

Since we offer a no-commitment 30-day free trial, you can see exactly whether CloudBridal is right for you. If you choose to subscribe to CloudBridal, any billing period that you have paid for cannot be refunded. However, even if you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to CloudBridal for the remainder of that billing period.

The billing cycle is based on when you register. After you register, your 30-day free trial will begin. After those 30 days pass, you can choose to subscribe by entering a credit card number in the subscription settings. If you do that, you will be billed on a monthly basis automatically until you choose to cancel your subscription.

At the moment we only accept credit card. We use Stripe as our payments processor, so all payments are handled through their system automatically. We do not personally store any details about your credit card.

Absolutely, if you cancel the subscription and then choose to subscribe again at a later date, you can reactive your subscription. You will simply need to contact CloudBridal support by emailing support@cloudbridal.com or through the Contact Us page.

Your data will remain in the system in case you choose to subscribe again in the future. Upon request, we can also permanently delete your data from the system if you contact CloudBridal support by emailing support@cloudbridal.com or through the Contact Us page.

You are free to select your own payment processor to handle your in-store transactions. There are many different options available, and you can choose the one that best fits your needs depending on your location, the processing fees, and the features you need.

For online bookings, we partner with Stripe. Signing up for a Stripe account is quick and easy. You do not have to use Stripe for in-store transactions.
