CloudBridal API Terms
Effective Date: March 28, 2026 Last Updated: March 28, 2026
These API Terms ("API Terms") are incorporated by reference into the CloudBridal Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "TOS") available at cloudbridal.com. These API Terms govern your access to and use of CloudBridal's application programming interfaces, endpoints, and related technical interfaces. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
These API Terms are published by Cloud Innovations LLC ("CloudBridal," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using CloudBridal's API or technical interfaces, you ("Merchant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these API Terms in addition to the Terms.
For questions about these API Terms, contact us at support@cloudbridal.com.
1. Scope and Applicability
1.1. These API Terms apply to all programmatic access to and interaction with CloudBridal's application, including but not limited to its web application endpoints, real-time connections, webhook endpoints, and any future developer interfaces.
1.2. These API Terms supplement the CloudBridal Terms. In the event of a conflict between these API Terms and the Terms on a matter specific to API usage, these API Terms control. For all other matters (including general liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution, and account terms), the Terms govern.
1.3. These API Terms do not create any independent availability or uptime commitments. Service availability is addressed in the CloudBridal Service Level Agreement ("SLA").
2. Access Rights
2.1. Current Access Model. CloudBridal's API is provided solely as the technical backbone of the CloudBridal web application. No standalone API access, API keys, or developer tokens are currently offered. You may only interact with CloudBridal through its web application interface.
2.2. No Independent API Access. You may not access or interact with CloudBridal's API outside the CloudBridal web application unless CloudBridal explicitly authorizes such access in writing or through a future developer program.
2.3. Future API Access. CloudBridal reserves the right to introduce API keys, OAuth tokens, developer portals, or other programmatic access mechanisms at any time. Such access may be subject to additional terms, usage limits, or fees.
3. Authentication and Security
3.1. Credential Protection. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all credentials used to access CloudBridal, including passwords, session tokens, and any future API keys or tokens. You must not share credentials between individuals or systems except through CloudBridal's built-in staff and role management features.
3.2. Session Management. CloudBridal uses session-based authentication. Sessions may be invalidated at CloudBridal's discretion, including upon security events such as password changes, permission modifications, or suspicious activity detection.
3.3. Security Features. CloudBridal may offer optional security features such as two-factor authentication (2FA). You assume additional risk if you choose not to enable available security features.
3.4. Unauthorized Access. You must notify CloudBridal promptly at support@cloudbridal.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your credentials or any other breach of security. CloudBridal is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials or enable available security features.
4. Usage Limits
4.1. Rate Limits. CloudBridal may impose rate limits or other usage restrictions on API requests at any time. Requests exceeding applicable limits may be throttled or rejected.
4.2. Adjustment. CloudBridal reserves the right to set, adjust, or remove usage limits at any time without prior notice, as necessary to ensure platform stability and fair usage across all merchants.
4.3. File Uploads. CloudBridal may impose limits on file upload sizes, file types, and storage capacity. These limits are subject to change at any time. CloudBridal may automatically process, optimize, compress, or convert uploaded files (including converting images to different formats or generating resized variants). Original files may not be retained in their original format after processing.
5. Version Compliance
5.1. You agree to use a current, supported version of the CloudBridal web application at all times. CloudBridal may reject requests from outdated client versions and require you to refresh the application before continuing.
5.2. CloudBridal is not responsible for errors, data loss, or degraded functionality resulting from the use of outdated client versions.
6. Data Format and Changes
6.1. API responses are generally provided in JSON format. CloudBridal reserves the right to change data formats at any time.
6.2. Non-Breaking Changes. CloudBridal may add new fields, endpoints, or response properties at any time without prior notice.
6.3. Breaking Changes. CloudBridal reserves the right to modify or remove fields, change response structures, deprecate or remove endpoints, or make other breaking changes at any time. While CloudBridal will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes, no advance notice is guaranteed.
7. Webhooks and Notifications
7.1. Inbound Webhooks. CloudBridal receives inbound webhooks from third-party services to synchronize data and trigger platform actions. CloudBridal does not guarantee real-time processing of inbound webhooks. Temporary processing delays do not constitute a service failure.
7.2. Outbound Notifications. To the extent CloudBridal provides outbound notifications (such as emails, SMS, or real-time updates), these are delivered on a best-effort basis. CloudBridal does not guarantee delivery of any individual notification and is not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered notifications.
8. Prohibited Uses
8.1. You agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:
(a) access or attempt to access the API by any means other than the CloudBridal web application interface, unless explicitly authorized by CloudBridal;
(b) use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access, extract, or collect data from CloudBridal;
(c) circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or other security or access-control features;
(d) attempt to access data belonging to other CloudBridal merchants or bypass multi-tenant isolation controls;
(e) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or architecture of the API or any part of the CloudBridal platform;
(f) use the API to develop a competing product or service, or to benchmark CloudBridal's performance for competitive purposes;
(g) use the API in a manner that degrades performance or availability for other CloudBridal users;
(h) resell, sublicense, or provide access to the API to any third party; or
(i) use the API for any purpose that violates applicable law, the Terms, or the CloudBridal End-User License Agreement ("EULA").
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The CloudBridal API, including its endpoint structure, request and response schemas, documentation, and all associated technical specifications, is the intellectual property of Cloud Innovations LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2. Nothing in these API Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the API itself, CloudBridal's codebase, or any CloudBridal intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the API as part of the CloudBridal service during your active subscription.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1. CloudBridal may suspend, throttle, restrict, or terminate your access to the API immediately and without notice for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these API Terms, the Terms, or any other applicable CloudBridal policy, or to protect platform stability, security, or the experience of other users.
10.2. Termination of your CloudBridal subscription automatically terminates your API access. The provisions of these API Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8 and 9) will survive.
11. Disclaimer
11.1. The API is provided as part of the CloudBridal service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to the warranty disclaimers in the Terms. CloudBridal makes no warranties of any kind regarding API performance, availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
