Switching from BridalLive
After nine years with BridalLive, Aisle Studio made the switch
“Being able to customize the portal and our communications to brides to match our brand is such a nice touch.”

Product tour
Avery Mitchell is a bride at Willow & Lace Bridal, our demo shop. Scroll through her story, from her online booking to the day her gown arrives, and see how each part of CloudBridal hands off to the next.
1 · Booked
You decide whether brides can book online. If you do, Avery picks a consultation time on your booking page from her phone, even after you’ve closed for the day, and you choose whether requests confirm on their own or wait for your OK.
All plans. Basic includes 50 appointments a month; Core and Ultimate are unlimited.
The booking page’s details step for Friday at 2:30 PM, filled in with Avery Mitchell’s name, email, phone number, event date and how she heard about the shop.
2 · Calendar
Your calendar shows every appointment by day, week or month. Online requests you review first wait at the top until you confirm them.
All plans
The appointments week view, with online requests awaiting confirmation listed above the calendar.
3 · Profile
Her profile is ready before she walks in: her contact details and whatever your booking form asks, like her wedding date or how she heard about you.
All plans
Avery Mitchell’s customer profile: her contact details and wedding date, her special order for the Elara Bridal Seraphina, and her payment schedule.
4 · Said yes
When she says yes, you start her order from her profile and choose how you’ll fulfill it: a special order from the designer, a gown from your stock, or a rental. Avery’s is a special order: the Elara Bridal Seraphina in ivory, size 10.
All plans. Rentals are on Ultimate.

5 · Signed
Her sales agreement fills in from her order. She signs on a device in the shop or from a link you email her, and the signed copy stays with her order. Prefer paper? Print it instead.
E-signatures: Ultimate. Printed sales agreements: Core and Ultimate.
The signing page on a phone: two terms ticked, a signature in the box, and a Sign document button.
6 · Paid
You take her deposit. If she’d like to spread out the balance, you set up a payment plan on her order, and CloudBridal keeps track of what’s due so you can send her a link for each installment.
Taking payments: all plans. Payment plans and payment links: Core and Ultimate.

7 · Ordered
You place the order with Elara Bridal the way you always do. In CloudBridal it sits on a purchase order linked to Avery’s order, with the date it’s expected, and Home flags it if it runs late. When you mark it arrived, her order updates too.
Core and Ultimate
The purchase orders list, with Avery’s Seraphina on its own purchase order to Elara Bridal, ordered in September and expected in late November.
8 · Arrived
When you mark her gown arrived, this email can go out automatically. You write the templates and choose what triggers them. Texts work the same way from your shop’s own Twilio number.
Email automation: Core (3 templates) or Ultimate (unlimited). Automated texts: Ultimate, with your own Twilio account.
The shop’s gown arrival email to Avery Mitchell, marked as sent automatically: “Wonderful news, your gown is here!”
9 · Portal
From her phone, Avery can see where her order stands and what’s left to pay. If you take card payments through CloudBridal’s Stripe integration, she can pay her next installment there too.
Ultimate
Avery’s client portal on a phone: her order’s progress, the Seraphina, and the total, paid and remaining amounts.
10 · Home
Home shows today and the week ahead, and Needs attention flags what to deal with, like overdue payments, orders running late, orders not yet placed with a designer and documents waiting for a signature.
All plans
Home: today and the week ahead, the team’s sales goals, and Needs attention with an overdue payment, orders to place and an order arriving too late for the event.

“I am able to charge for appointments, update appointment descriptions easily, add special events like Trunk Shows, and so much more.”
