Referral program terms

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

1. Who can refer

Any CloudBridal customer with a current paid subscription that hasn't been canceled can refer other shops. If you refer a shop while you're in your free trial or on a free plan, your credit is added once you make your own first payment on a paid plan.

2. Who can be referred

A new business that doesn't already have a CloudBridal account. The shop has to sign up through a referral link or enter a referral code when it signs up. Referring your own business, an account you own, manage or control, or a store that is or becomes linked to an existing CloudBridal account (for example, an additional location) doesn't count as a referral.

3. The reward

A shop that signs up through another shop's referral link or with its referral code gets a 60-day free trial instead of the usual 30 days. When the referred shop's first subscription payment is made, the referring shop receives a credit equal to one month of its own CloudBridal plan, at its regular price before any discounts, including tax and excluding add-ons. The amount is fixed when the credit is added.

4. How credits work

Credits are applied automatically to your upcoming CloudBridal invoices. Unused credit carries over to later invoices and doesn't expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.

5. Fair use

If a referral doesn't meet these terms, CloudBridal may decline or withhold a credit or an extended trial, remove credits already added, and remove a shop from the referral program.

6. Changes to the program

CloudBridal may change or end the referral program at any time. Credits already added are honored, except credits removed under Fair use.
