Security & your data

Your brides’ details, kept safe

Your shop holds years of customer records, measurements, and payments. Here is how CloudBridal protects them, who can see them, and what happens to them if you ever leave.

Who can see what

You decide who sees your shop’s data

Controls for a team that shares devices, works different jobs, and changes over the years.

Your shop’s data stays separate

Every shop on CloudBridal sees only its own customers, orders, and inventory. That separation is built into how the software reads data, and it’s checked automatically every time we change the code.

Roles you define

Give each person on your team only what their job needs. A stylist can book appointments and take payments without seeing wholesale costs or your reports.

Two-factor sign-in

Anyone on your team can protect their account with a code from an authenticator app, or through Google if they sign in with Google, so a stolen password isn’t enough to get in.

A lock for the shared iPad

On a device the whole shop shares, the screen can lock after a period of inactivity until a staff member enters their pin, so work is recorded under the right name.

A record of every change

The activity log shows what changed, who changed it, and when, so you can answer “who discounted this order?” in seconds. Included with Core and Ultimate.

Behind the scenes

How your data is handled

Payments, hosting, and the services we rely on, stated plainly.

Card payments go straight to you

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider, in your shop’s own Stripe account, which pays out to your bank. CloudBridal never holds your money or stores full card numbers.

Hosted on Microsoft Azure

CloudBridal runs on Microsoft Azure. Everything sent between your devices and CloudBridal is encrypted, the data Azure stores is encrypted too, and the database is backed up automatically so it can be restored to an earlier point in time.

Every service we use, listed

Our subprocessor register lists each company that handles data for us and what it’s used for. Our privacy policy and service level agreement are public too.

Since 2019

How we keep CloudBridal reliable

CloudBridal has served bridal shops since 2019. These are the habits behind it.

Planned monthly updates

New features and fixes arrive in a planned monthly update, with release notes for every one since 2021, so nothing changes without you knowing what and why.

Tested before it reaches you

Every update is checked by automated tests that run real bookings, payments, and orders through CloudBridal before it ships.

Watched around the clock

CloudBridal is checked every few minutes for availability, and errors are reported to us automatically, so many problems are fixed before anyone has to write in. Anyone can see the live status.

Support straight from the source

When you email us, you reach someone who works on CloudBridal itself, not a scripted help desk.

Your data stays yours

If you ever leave

The records you put into CloudBridal belong to your shop: your customers, appointments, orders, inventory, documents, and photos.

If you cancel, everything stays in place for at least 30 days, so you can come back and pick up where you left off. If you’d rather we delete your data permanently, email support@cloudbridal.com and we will.

The full terms are in our end-user license agreement.

Found a security problem?

Email support@cloudbridal.com with what you found. A real person reads every report.
