Common questions about websites run from CloudBridal.

When can I get it?
We’re opening websites to shops a few at a time. Ask for early access and we’ll tell you when we can switch it on for your shop.
Do I need to be a CloudBridal customer?
Yes. The website runs from your CloudBridal shop: your dresses, appointment types and forms all come from there, which is why it stays current on its own.
What does it cost?
£138 incl. VAT a month, billed on your CloudBridal subscription from the day your site goes live. Building and previewing it is free, and on a free trial billing for the website starts when the trial ends.
Can I use the domain I already have?
Yes. You connect it yourself from CloudBridal, and your email keeps working as it does now. The domain stays registered to you.
Can I change templates later?
Any time. Every template carries the same content, so switching changes the look, not your words or photos.
Can I change the site myself?
Yes. You edit words and photos, add pages from ready-made sections, change colors, and preview every change before you publish. There is no charge for changes.
Can I run ads and track them?
Yes. Connect Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Pinterest or TikTok in a few clicks. Bookings and form sends are reported as conversions, so you can see which ads bring appointments, and cookie consent is handled for each visitor’s region.
Do I need to pay extra for SEO?
Not for the technical side. Every template is tested to score 100 for SEO in Google Lighthouse, your site tells Google your shop’s address, hours, dresses and events, and sitemaps and canonical addresses are set up for you. You write your own page titles and descriptions. What helps most after that is ongoing: keeping your Google Business Profile current, collecting reviews, and posting news and real-bride stories, which you can do yourself or with help.
Can I customize beyond the templates?
Yes. If you or your web person want to go further than words, photos and colors, add your own CSS, code and HTML blocks in Advanced. For a design that’s entirely yours, ask about a bespoke theme.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every template is designed for phones first, and booking works the same on a phone as on a computer.
Can I have a blog?
Yes. Post news, real-bride stories and trunk show announcements from CloudBridal.
Will my dresses and appointment types stay up to date?
Yes. Dress pages come from your inventory showcase (part of Ultimate) and booking from your calendar, so the site changes when your shop does.
Do you handle cookie consent?
Yes. Visitors are asked about cookies the way their region requires, and the built-in visitor and lead counter needs no cookies at all.
What happens if I stop?
Your domain stays yours, and you can download a copy of your words and photos any time. There is no separate contract to get out of.
Can I keep my current website and just show my dresses?
Yes. The inventory showcase embeds into any website. A website run from CloudBridal is for shops that would rather not run a separate site at all.
Can you design something just for my shop?
Yes. Bespoke themes and custom work are available, and quoted separately.
