Do I have to use Stripe with CloudBridal?

No, using Stripe is completely optional. You can continue using your existing payment processor and manually record payments in CloudBridal. Our Stripe integration simply offers additional convenience and automation.

What are the processing fees?

Fees include standard Stripe processing fees plus a CloudBridal platform fee of 0.25%. Exact rates vary by payment method and country.

Is the integration available in my country?

Availability depends on Stripe's regional support. Check Stripe's documentation for current coverage.

What card reader is compatible?

CloudBridal integrates with the BBPOS WisePOS E card reader, available directly through Stripe’s hardware store.

Is it safe to store cards on file?

Yes. Card details are tokenized and stored by Stripe, never in CloudBridal — we don’t see or hold full card numbers. A card is saved only with the customer’s authorization.

How do I process refunds?

Refunds are processed through the Stripe Dashboard. Once completed, the refund status automatically syncs to CloudBridal.

Can I customize the reader experience?

Yes, you can customize the logo displayed on the reader and configure tipping options through your Stripe dashboard.

Do I need a separate Stripe account?

Yes, you’ll need your own Stripe account to process payments.
